B. Power Clean.Hang Power Clean.Squat Clean.Push Jerk- 1.1.1.1 x 4; rest 4 min
- 135/155/165/175
- I think I may have gone too heavy on this because it reflected on my triple coming up next. Good push though.
C. Power Clean & Split Jerk- build to a heavy triple; rest as needed
185/205 (which is about 85 percent of my 1rm from testing) felt like I was red lining so I called it.
